When
drilling many factors such as chip re-cutting, premature tooling
failure and poor finishes can affect the performance of your machine,
tooling, and your parts. Machining with a ChipBLASTER high-pressure
coolant system can address those problems. ChipBLASTER forces high-pressure
coolant into the cutting zone, which evacuates chips out of the
hole and the cut. There is no re-cutting of chips or strings of
metal wrapped around the drill. Heat is controlled in the operation.
