The ChipBLASTER milling system is built with through the tool coolant and our outstanding nozzle system, so that the coolant is always where it is supposed to be. The same ChipBLASTER coolant technology eliminates temperature increases and keeps damaging chips away from the cutting edge. The damage that occurs with old-fashioned systems is eliminated. Turning - High Pressure Coolant Systems

Our turning system is designed with the idea to get coolant where it needs to be The Chip/Tool interface. With properly directed coolant force you evacuate chips from the cutting zone, aid greatly in chip breakage (a cool chip breaks much easier than a hot chip), and increase speed because of the improved performance of the tool. ChipBLASTER turning tools are designed with coolant nozzles built in. This ensures that the coolant is directed to the proper area. Even the best operator’s no matter how hard they try may have trouble getting coolant where it needs to be. There are so many variables in the process of metal cutting, why not eliminate one?

Drilling - High Pressure Coolant Systems

When drilling many factors such as chip re-cutting, premature tooling failure and poor finishes can affect the performance of your machine, tooling, and your parts. Machining with a ChipBLASTER high-pressure coolant system can address those problems. ChipBLASTER forces high-pressure coolant into the cutting zone, which evacuates chips out of the hole and the cut. There is no re-cutting of chips or strings of metal wrapped around the drill. Heat is controlled in the operation. Putting high-pressure coolant at the chip/tool interface allows your tool and part to remain cool. Because heat is controlled during the operation, your parts have fantastic finishes and no damage from heat related problems.
